Every couple of hours my phone 2 starts to suffer from “ghost touches”. Meaning the screen acts like someone is touching or swiping it. By that apps are open...

Buyed NP2 27/12/2023 and have ghost touches since first day.

Does anyone have received a solution or even e new phone?

I’ve open a ticket but I think they are delaying time just to warranty expires.

What should I do?

Even my phone has started this problem now. My phone is on 2.5.2

Good luck… Nothing is doing Nothing about it. Two months with this issue and they only say bla bla bla…

My phone started this behaviour again yesterday. I’m on 2.5.2. for some weeks. Been okay for quite some time. I finally managed to do a screen recording. Will try to contact the seller. Maybe they will do something, since nothing seems unwilling to do so.

It’s a real shame. Except for the ghost touches I’m really happy with this phone.

I really got an answer from the support. They suggest that I talk to Amazon (where I bought the phone) and try to get another phone from there. Amazon offered to give me my money back. That’s what I’ll do. And that money I’m gonna take somewhere else. Too bad. I really liked the idea behind nothing. Wish you guys all the best. Bye

Hi,

Since got the new Nothing Phone 2A ,2 weeks ago and have been in touch with Nothing support. Since getting ghost touches issue while rapidly charging As support team guided I have performed a factory reset and issue didn’t resolved. They asked me to visit service center which is located at very long distance from my place, provided them the proof via recordings, submitted my device for 2 days and service center guys told me that it might be a software issue and it was resolved. After coming back to home, facing same issue I used Nothing Original charger costed me Rs 2250+. It’s useless also tried another Nothing’s original charger facing same issue, WTF is this kind of service getting by Nothing. Nothing support team has tried to contact my service center guys, and service center didn’t picked their calls unfortunately, Nothing support team has asked me to visit the service center again. I’m constantly requesting for replacement of my device with the Vijay Sales(from were I’ve purchased the device), service center as well Nothing Support they said, they don’t assure a replacement. Why the hell I’m facing this issue since, facing the problem from day 2 of purchase itself. Poor service Nothing!! Carl why do you provide such a poor service man, loosing trust from you?

I don’t know whether this is a problem with my unit or just a software issue , but when ever I am using my Phone(2) while charging it , my screen just doesn’t respond properly.

For example the navigation buttons just don’t work and I also face some my ghost touch issues , making the phone very frustrating and irritating to use while it’s charging .

I have been facing this issue since the nothing OS 3.0 droped and it hasn’t been fixed for me till now after all the security patches updates.

This issue only happens when I am using the device while it’s charging. Rest of the time , it’s working absolutely fine.

Like while writing this post too , I have experienced this issue 3-4 times where it’s clicking the keys I don’t want to 😭.

I would really appreciate if the community members would help me to come out with a solution for this problem.
