Is it possible to set static IP address when using ethernet?

I am considering getting one of thes Nothing 2 phones as my current contract is up with my Pixel 7

Love the Pixel series but need to move away due to one glaring issue that they dont do unlike Samsung, which is allow you to configure static IP address when using ethernet via USB C adapter

I know this is probably a niche thing but I need it and I know Samsung allow this on their handsets and if Nothing 2 can then its a winner for me

If anyone could confirm who owns the phone, would be very appreciated
