I recently purchased the ear but found that its right bud doesn’t charge to 100% and stops charging at 95%😥

I have had problems with charging the headphones. They do not charge completely, sometimes they stay at 85% or do not even increase the charge level.

I have already restarted the headphones a couple of times, it seems that it is happening to some users too

Like many others here, battery only charges to 95% on right earbud then drains super quick after last firmware

I believe there’s a problem on my left bud since i’ve updated to this version and it sounds a little bit less than the right one, i’ve cleaned them and all but the right one sounds more than the left one, and I can’t seem to adjust the balance for getting it just right.. I hope it gets solved on the next update, and I hope it’s updated sooner than later..

Since I counter the same issue about battery draining really fast after the last update is there any possible chances to rollback the firmware?

I’m having the same problem as all the other users. Left side battery draining twice as fast as the right one and not charging fully. You should address this in an update as soon as possible and allow for us to rollback the firmware in the meantime.

My battery drain issue has become so severe that my Nothing Ear lasts only 30-45 mins with ANC and everything off.

With ANC, around 5-10 mins only.

I will be going to the service center to get them replaced. Very disappoint with this product.

My custom imported EQ settings used to work fine. But now after the big app update they sound muffled and worse than they did before.

7 month without any updates. I can’t use the ear 2024 since one side bud battery drained so fast and it’s getting worse. The left bud keep disconnecting every 5mins.

It seems you forgot about updating the firmware of your flagship headphones. the microphone sound is bad. working with the app leaves much to be desired. I expected more

Is there any plans for new nothing ear (2024) updates? The last was in Oct 18, 2024 which is over 6 months and this wasnt even a “real” update. Just added a gesture.

Are there any informations? Some time ago there was especially an poll for ear and ear a users, that seem only for researching for the next models?

I hope they release an update soon. My pair have this weird bug that doesn’t let the right earbud to charge only up to 80-90%, and for the last 2 months this issue accelerated. Now, after like 45-50 min of use, the difference of battery percentage between them is about 40-50%… Maybe my unit is busted, but I saw others who said they have similar problems.

Hey, I don’t have battery Ppoblems but if you do you should visit the service center or something like this.

Luckily I have 3 years of battery guarantee to replace them for free

I don’t have a battery drain issue, but I have tested the quality of features between the first and the third version, and transparent mode is non-existent compared to the first. I suspect that ANC in (3) isn’t that great either.

The most prominent QOL in (3) from the (1) version is the sound quality. Must admit that ear (3) sound is way beyond (1).

But the quality of the case on (3) is sucks, it shakes and creaks. In (1) it feels steardier.

I am convinced that at least the transparency mode should be improved with firmware.

Yeah it would be nice but I don’t think they improve the transparency because last update was about 7 months and now the new ear products come I think. Probably in this it gets optimized but for now it doesn’t worth
