I had the same issue. I was unable to connect to wifi on my newly updated nothing phone 2a plus. But I restarted the wifi router and then I was able to connect to it.

My SIM is Jio network. I am in a good network area but the phone keeps switching it between 4G and 5G. I’ve never seen this before the latest update. Even when signalis weak also but still I can’t use internet,there will be no issues in network provider end.recnet time I can’t make call also.give a solution to an this issue.This issue only for nothing 2 Mobile only,I have another mobile same network,there is no issues in that mobile

@adbo why did you merge this post with genric connectivity discussion? This is very disappointing. Now other people have started to report the same issue, god knows when this will be resolved.

This is my second post on the same issue, I’ve explained the issue very clearly and you’ve merged and made the post hidden.

Please understand, this issue is specific to the calling problem on JIO Network.

I am facing network issues with my Jio SIM. I tried changing to a new SIM, but I still face the same issue. When I reset the network settings, it works properly for 30 minutes to 1 hour, but then the problem repeats.

My problem is with wifi.wifi is strong and other phones is doing fast, nothing phone 2 struggles.I don’t know why my youtube is slow like 3g/4g network even if my wifi giving 50 Mbps.I can say that it is happening after the 2.6 update.Now even comments will not post right away.Also some other bugs like brightness auto dimming etc

Hello Nothing Phone 2 users,

I’ve been a proud owner of the Nothing Phone 2 since December, but recently I encountered an issue with call drops and low network connectivity. I’ve tried toggling airplane mode, restarting the phone, and powering it off a few times, but the problem persists. Have any other Phone 2 users experienced this issue? If so, could you kindly share the steps you took to resolve it? Your help would be much appreciated.

I was waiting forNothing OS 3 hoping this jio and bsnl network issue would resolve. But, it didn’t. I’m reporting this since I ported to JIO from Airtel 9 months back.

I’m using the phone only with JIO SIM, with BSNL turned off to not miss the calls.

I’m done man, never gonna buy or recommend phones from an amature brands.

I have faced issue with VOWifi in my case. It’s not just NO3 but in all the releases. VoWifi never worked properly for me.

Ever since the past couple of weeks, I am not able to receive any calls or make any. If I try to make a call, it says Call Failed! Whenever anyone tries to call me, it says switched off. I believe it was fine till the NOS 3.0, since I have been experiencing this since very recently. The other fact is that 5G data is horribly slow. For instance, a video loads for a second and then buffers to eternity. The call issue is fine for sometime once I restart the phone. But I can’t be restarting the phone every 3 hours. I tried all the permutations and combinations in the network settings and nothing seems to change.

Please do look into this issue. It was perfectly fine earlier. I’m not able to reach anyone nor is anyone able to reach me. I’m not able to pay anyone money, I end up asking them for hotspot to pay the cabbie or at the restaurant. The issue is not with Jio since I had multiple iterations with them regarding the same. Please do help me.
