How to use CMF watch pro2 as a BLE heart rate monitor on my indoor bike training with Mywhoosh or ZWIFT? How to activate “continuous heart rate monitoring” mode?

I would like to know if the watch is capable of broadcasting heartrate to other devicees, specifically, for my needs, a Smart Bike Trainer?

Like say, for use with a Zwift Bike Trainer or another Smart Trainer and MyWhoosh?
