It tracks my outdoor walking ok but, if I start an outdoor cycling activity, it starts ok and the activity seems to be tracked the same as for walking but at the end of the activity it always reports “insufficient time …” on the watch or “Not enough data” if started from the phone app. I have tried outdoor walking and outdoor running and both of these are fine, it’s just outdoor cycling that seems to have a bug. and I can’t see this reported elsewhere. Watch software = 1.0.0.70

OK, following the advice above, I restarted (not reset) the watch and went for a ride. It did track the ride so it looks as though the problem is fixed. Surprising sort of issue to have fixed by a restart, but there you go … Thanks hrry
