I am moving from a Redmi Note 4 (2017, ~6.2″ body size) to a Nothing Phone 3a, and like with most Nothing devices, I love it. But as with most devices, I would really love a compact version (6.1″-6.3″) of a Nothing Phone; it could be the 3a series, or the upcoming 3 series - anything really, I’ll buy as long as it is affordable. Even with a bigger hand, smaller displays are better to hold and use. The phone also feels a bit cuter and gentle in hand unlike a 6.77″ screen imo.
As for the upcoming 3 series, if in future Nothing decides to make a compact phone, it could be called the Nothing Phone 3- (minus) to sound strangely Nothing.
I don’t know if it’s possible, but I feel like there may be some cost-cutting with a smaller display, on say a 3a-, which could be used on a better build or perhaps other hardware components. Just saying.
Since Nothing has a history of listening to their community, I hope to see a compact Nothing Phone in the future…which is also affordable. Most compact phones are flagships or just not available to buy, unfortunately.
