I have noticed that the training is probably only measured from a certain heart zone. Is that the same for you? So if I have over 120 p/m, I get training time. I think I even read that somewhere in the training recording info… either way it would be total rubbish. Especially with very easy exercises, or if you’re in good shape, you don’t always reach this required heart zone value. If the watch is also calibrated incorrectly… well. A software update could certainly fix that.
Edit: If you look at the training in detail in the app, you will find the heart interval zones. At the bottom you will see the ‘Warm-up’ item. For me, that’s almost all the training minutes that don’t end up on the bar.
