Made this account to post on the same issue as well, bought my Ear (a) on December and almost 5 months later started experiencing battery issues on the left Ear(a), wouldn’t charge to 100% and would suddenly drop to 20% while the Right ear is around 80% after using both at the same time.
The problem is I bought this oversees (Hong Kong) and shipped to my country (PH), contacted the seller about this issue and has told me they cannot accommodate any assistance on warranty as they only acknowledge their 14 day warranty period, contacting Nothing Support wasn’t helpful either, proceeded to continuously shrug my case off their shoulders and advised to contact the seller where I bought it from, which also denied my request for a warranty claim.
There isn’t any Nothing service centre’s where I live, looks like I’ll be living with a paperweight, possibly this isn’t going anywhere. Hoping that this is just a firmware issue.
I loved my Ear (a) but this is disappointing, and this might be my last Nothing product.
