SaumitraaAwasthi hey guys, i saw that Blackmagic Camera is finally out for Android, but it only supports pixel as well as samsung S series right now. can anyone find out if there’s future support for nothing phone 2?
Robt I used it on my Pixel 6a for a couple of days, before my NP arrived, and was really impressed. Fingers crossed it comes here soon.
SaumitraaAwasthi UPDATE: I sideloaded Blackmagic Camera on my Nothing Phone 2 and it’s amazing. The control over your device hardware is amazing. I can’t wait for official stable release so we can use all features such as 60 fps recording and glyph support for low light recording.
vovan-v It’s hard for me to believe that it will come to our phones right now it can’t be downloaded from the app store.
SaumitraaAwasthi vovan-v its only available for Pixel and Samsung S series right now. they are adding support for more devices. I feel nothing’s camera hardware is competitive enough to these brands too. Maybe I’ll post a video of how it works on my phone later
ShantanuBarhanpurkar I recently tried installing the Blackmagic Camera app on my Nothing Phone 2, but it doesn’t seem to be supported. Has anyone else faced this issue or know the reason behind it
